Once again, DST is a problem in Argentina

Dear maintainers of tz-data across the world: Argentina is not as predictable as anyone may think.

To deal with us, you shouldn’t make assumptions such as “if they said that DST applies on the first Sunday of October last year, it will happen again this year”.

This is not something I particularly enjoy. In fact, I hope you all read this as a critic on our stupid government.

I now find myself exactly as last year, only this time my computers’ time is one hour ahead from the official argentinian time.
